Here is an overview of how we conduct an investigation:

• You initiate contact with us by filling out the Request form

• We ask about the address of the location and plan a time when the team can conduct the investigation. Please note that we do this in our spare time.

• We arrive on the agreed upon date and time and you give us a "tour" of the property or situation. Try not to give too much detail, as we want to remain unbiased.

• After the walk through we will offer our recommendations. This could be gathering more evidence, conducting a cleansing. Researching the property.

• If a cleansing is needed, we will ask you to assist us. As a cleansing is more powerful when the "owner" is involved. We come from various backgrounds and will use the method that aligns with you that you are comfortable with.
