What do you mean by "Psychic Gifts"?
We all possess a gift. Some of us are more in tuned with it than others. There are various types of psychic gifts. Here are the "basics"
Clairvoyance means clear seeing. This is when visions past, present and future flash through our mind's eye, or third eye, much like a daydream. Many of us are highly visual and able to understand an idea best when we see it written or sketched out as an image on a computer screen or on a canvas. (Rosen, 2010)
Clairaudience means clear hearing. This is when we hear words, sounds or music in our own mind's voice. On rare occasions, spirit may be able to create audible sound, though this takes a tremendous amount of focused energy. (Rosen, 2010)
Clairsentience means clear feeling. This entails feeling a person's or spirit's emotions or feeling another's physical pain. Many of us are clairsentient without consciously being aware of it. When we get a strong "gut" feeling, positive or negative, about someone we just met or when we get the "chills" for no apparent reason, we may be tuning into the emotional energy of a person or a spirit around us.(Rosen, 2010)
Clairalience means clear smelling. This is being able to smell odors that don't have any kind of physical source. Instances of this could include smelling the perfume or the cigarette smoke of a deceased relative, used as a sign of their presence around us. (Rosen, 2010)
Clairgustance means clear tasting. This is the ability to taste something that isn't actually there. This experience oftentimes comes from out of the blue when a deceased loved one is attempting to communicate a memory or association we have with a particular food or beverage that reminds us of them. (Rosen, 2010)
Claircognizance means clear knowing. This is when we have knowledge of people or events that we would not normally have knowledge about. Spirit impresses us with truths that simply pop into our minds from out of nowhere. An example of this would be a premonition: a forewarning of something that will happen in the future. (Rosen, 2010)

What are your thoughts on Ouija Boards? Are Pendulums Different?
No. Just ... No...
Imagine opening your house to anyone off the street to come in and just stay and live with you. That's basically what you're doing when you open a door using a Ouija board. A pendulum is different this you are using to make a direct call to your guides. Not just opening the door.
What can be haunted?
Anything can be haunted. Locations, people, objects.
What types of hauntings are there?
There are multiple types of hauntings:
Residual: Someone couldn't leave the space and cross over. They are "stuck" for lack of a better word in this world.
Echo: When a traumatic event takes place, the energy and emotions leave an imprint on the space.
Possession: Typically occurs from something negative, where a spirit or energy takes over a person or object with the purpose of using them as a vessel to live. Some people believe this to be "demonic" in nature. Typically the possessed person did not consent to be put in this situation.
Poltergeist: An energy created by extreme emotional trauma, that seems to take on a life of it's own. This is different than a possession and a negative haunting. In this case the energy was created by the individual without their knowledge. They can be harmful,
Negative : This is what we use to describe anything that is negative in nature, that is causing trouble. Some call this "demonic or evil energy".
Ever found a place not haunted?
Absolutely!
What is a medium?
A medium is a person that uses their Clair* gifts to communicate with the spirit or energy involved. Some mediums will start to channel the spirit. The spirit / energy will then speak through them. This is different from possession in that it is temporary and the medium has consented.
What is a UAP?
"UAP is an abbreviation of unidentified aerial phenomenon (or phenomena), a term that refers to things observed in the sky that cannot be identified as aircraft or other known phenomena. UAP is often used in the same way as the more popular term UFO (which stands for unidentified flying object), including sometimes being pluralized as UAPs when referring to multiple things that have been observed. However, use of UAP instead of UFO, including in official ways by US government agencies, is sometimes seen as a way of avoiding popular connotations associated with the term UFO, including the implication that they are alien spacecraft. Still, UAP and UFO are often used interchangeably, and UAP is used by some who believe that some phenomena that have been observed are in fact extraterrestrial in origin. In 2020, the US Department of Defense (DoD) approved the creation of the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force to catalog and study UAP, leading to increased use of the term, especially in media reports on the topic. Interest around the term rose again in the summer of 2021 with the release of a report by the task force."
